14-DAY NAMIBIA LEOPARD PACKAGE ONLY $12,450
$5,500 REFUND IF YOU DON’T GET A SHOT
INCLUDES LEOPARD, GEMSBOK, SPRINGBOK, WARTHOG
If you don’t pull the trigger on a leopard you get a $5,500 refund and the price includes the plainsgame.  In 2009 he hosted 11 leopard hunters and they scored on 8 cats, including 7 males and 1 female.  In 2008 this PH took 15 leopard hunters and 13 shot at cats including some monsters.  He hunts traditional baits out of a blind, no dog hunting.  This package also allows you to take a gemsbok, springbok and warthog.  Baits are $80 each and the hunter only has to pay for up to 6.  This includes all trophy fees, 14 days of hunting, guides, trackers, accommodations, meals and airport pickup in Windhoek.  You can tour Etosha Park if you tag out early for additional fees.  June to October is prime dates due to calving season from February to April.  Additional animals may be taken for the trophy fees listed in the article below.  At press time Namibia was rumored to close leopard hunting for 2010 and reopen in 2011, but we think there may be limited tags available for 2010.  Call ASAP, openings will not last.

FREE-RANGE NAMIBIA PLAINS GAME SAFARI
BEST VALUE FOR PRICE AND QUALITY
This PH hunts three conservancies totaling about two million acres of private property between Damaraland and Koakoland, including the Loxodonta Africana (African Elephant) Etosha and Koako Conservancies.  90 percent of his properties are free-range and not under high fence.  Hunters are picked up in Windhoek and driven about 4 hours north near the Etosha National Park, where he offers 4 different camps ranging from rustic bush camps to very nice full service accommodations.

He has terrific indigenous species such as kudu averaging 52 inches, gemsbok, springbok, red hartebeest, mountain zebra, giraffe, klipspringer and Damara dik-dik.  Day rates are $300 guided 2x1 or $400 guided 1x1.  Day rates cover guides, trackers, skinners, field preparation of trophies, soft drinks, meals, accommodations, transport to and from the airport, basically all expenses once picked up.  Most dates require 1 year advance booking.  Touring trips to Etosha Park can also be arranged, but must be scheduled in advance.
