Here is a true trophy hunt that takes place on Prince William Sound aboard a 50-foot yacht.  Last spring over the course of two hunts his 9 hunters harvested 9 boars averaging 7-foot.  Success has maintained at 100% past years, along with quality. 

The islands in Prince William Sound, just south of Valdez, are known for a very high concentration of trophy class black bears.  The hunt is based off his 50-foot yacht with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. 

This outfitter strives on harvesting nothing but large male bears.  This is not only a trophy black bear hunt but you get a glacier cruise, whale watching and otter viewing thrown in for free.  If you cripple and the bear is lost your hunt is over.  

Spring hunts are May 28 to June 3 and June 5 to 11.  5-day hunts guided 2x1 are $6,000.  Hunters are picked up in Valdez and spend the night there before and after the hunt.
