10 days, 8 hunting, guided 1x1 is $10,800 and this INCLUDES   the $2,200 charter fee from Tok to the hunting area.  The outfitter/guide will take you himself and he starts the last couple days of August and goes into September.

Last fall the hunting was much tougher than normal due to weather.  He hosted 2 hunters and one took a beautiful grizzly, but didn’t get an opportunity for a second bear, while the other hunter took a nice caribou and then had to return home early.  Prior HCU customers have been 100% success on taking a grizzly and a caribou if wanted.

Alaska has upgraded this area to a 2-bear limit, so there is a possibility of taking a second bear.  If you want to bring along a friend to hunt caribou only, the outfitter will take him for $4,500 and this also includes his $2,200 charter flight from Tok.  He also has another excellent guide if 2 hunters want grizzly and caribou.  Hunters fly into Fairbanks and then shuttle or fly to Tok where they are met.
