Success has run 100% past years and the
average bull taken in 2011 was a little down grossing 340 Boone and
Crockett, with the best bull scoring 364. There have been years
when the average was over 350 and top bulls went 380 plus.
This 20,000-acre ranch located in southeastern
Utah
takes 14 elk hunters per. It is in the CWMU program allowing them to
conduct rifle hunts in September during the rut. 5-day hunts guided 1x1
are $13,500 plus license and tax. Hunters are picked up in Grand Junction. Very
limited availability due to repeat bookings.
