Moose
Hunt MS394
TROPHY TELEGRAPH CREEK B.C.
MOOSE 100% AT $11,500
2010 was 100% success again on this trophy Canadian moose hunt.
Both hunters took nice mature bulls, including one book bull that
sported a 60-inch spread.
Success has run 100% the past several years on bulls
averaging over 50 inches with good mass and exceptional fronts. In 2009
all 3 hunters scored and 2 should make the Boone and Crockett record
book. Two grizzlies were also taken and one should make book. The
outfitter normally takes only 2 or 3 hunters each year out of the 4,000
square mile area located in the Cassairs. They offer two hunts starting
late September into early October during the rut. They utilize jet
boats in the swamps out of a nice tent camp. Price is $11,500 for 10
days including 2 travel days. Grizzly can be added on a $7,500 trophy
fee. They have also been running stone sheep and mountain goat hunts in
this area the past 25 years. Charter flight from Dease Lake
is about $900, plus a 7% HST tax.
