SHIRAS MOOSE HUNTS
WITH GUARANTEED TAG
Another ranch in northern Utah has 8,000 acres and
normally hunters see 20 to 40 moose per day. Past years have produced
several Boone and Crockett bulls and they get 2 tags per year. They can
hunt from September 1 to October 31 and the gun hunts are normally in
October. Archery hunters could do a September hunt. 5 days 1x1 is $11,500
with cabin accommodations and airport pickup in SLC. Non-resident moose
license is $1,500. Next available opening is 2013.
