Here is a bargain priced 10-day 1x1 horseback mountain goat hunt at
a very affordable price of only $7,500. In 2010 he only had one
goat hunter and he tagged his billy early. In 2009 his 3 goat
hunters all tagged billies over 9 inches. Over the course of his
last 5 seasons 19 hunters have harvested 18 goats. Last fall he
had 7 moose hunters take 6 bulls ranging in size from 45 to 53 inches.
In 2009 he had 9 moose hunters tag 7 bulls averaging 50 inches.
10-day 1x1 horseback or backpack hunt is $7,500 and includes black bear and wolf. He is willing to do a 2x1 price of $6,000 for a couple buddies. Moose or possibly elk can be taken on a $2,500 trophy fee. Here is a good opportunity to take a moose for only $2,500, since most goat hunters are tagged in 3 or 4 days.
The outfitter has made major improvements to this area since he purchased it 5 years ago, including 2 new main camps each with 6 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchens, satellite TV and internet. He has also established 5 spike camps that opened much more country with newly cut horse trails.
