NEW ZEALAND RED STAG ONLY $3000
FOR BULLS UP TO 330 SCI

This outfitter runs a family operation on 3 different ranches on the South Island of New Zealand. Success has been 100% for all his customers the past several years and they have taken quite a few stags scoring over 400 SCI. He offers a 4-day hunt for stags scoring up to 330 SCI for only $3,000. Stags up to 350 are priced at $5,000. 351 up to 400-inch bulls add $1,000 per 10 SCI points. There is also a $350 day rate for hunters and $250 for non-hunters.

They also offer tahr hunts for $4,500 and chamois is $4,000. Hunters typically do not need a helicopter for tahr hunts, but sometimes it is necessary on some chamois hunts. The helicopter charge would then be POA or something near $1,500 or more. Some chamois hunts can be conducted without the aid of a helicopter.

Early April is prime roaring for the stags and in 2013 this outfit had a hunter take the NEW WORLD RECORD RED STAG. They also offer wapiti, fallow deer, arapawa rams, wild goats, turkey, ducks and great trout fishing. Top notch accommodations and hunting to match make this a great New Zealand destination.
