2013 proved to be a little tougher, but over the course of 2 rifle hunts they had 17 hunters tag 12 bucks, including a 151, 148 and a 141. 2 hunters left early and one buck was crippled and lost. The first hunt was also hampered by warm weather and up to 45 mile per hour winds with a full moon. They lost one farm lease, but picked up two more. In 2012 they had 11 hunters take 11 bucks and the top 5 bucks scored 170, 153, 148, 142 and 140 inches. Inexpensive, good deer numbers, private land, fantastic accommodations and great guides. They have lowered the number of hunters taking only up to 8 for each of the two hunts to improve quality. In 2012 they had 8 on the first hunt and only 3 on the second, due to late cancellations. In 2011 on the first gun hunt they took 8 bucks. On the second hunt they killed 6 bucks and the best buck grossed 158 inches and the overall average was in the 130’s.
